Everybody Wins! D.C., Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Since our founding in 1995, EW!DC’s literacy and mentoring programs have affected the lives of more than 30,000 children. But much more needs to be accomplished. EW!DC has a waiting list of children who want to be a part of our programs and who deeply need the support of a Reading Mentor who cares and can share with them a love of reading. Please don’t forget to spread the word to your friends and colleagues. With increased support from generous people like you, EW!DC will be able to reach more of the thousands of at-risk children who need our assistance.

Read below to find out about the different ways that you can donate now and make a difference in the lives of children. When we receive your donation, you will receive an acknowledgment in the mail as a receipt for tax purposes. Thank you for your support.

Federal Campaigns. Everybody Wins! DC participates in both the United Way  Campaign of the National Capital Area and  Combined  Federal Campaign. Please view the flyer on the left navigation bar for information on how to designate funds/make payroll deductions, contact information and also what a difference your contribution will make. During the 2007-2008 Campaign year our United Way Code: 8813 and CFC Code: 12915.  For any questions please contact Jerry Wnuck at 202-347-9467 ext. 13

Financial Donations. As a member of Local Independent Charities of America (LIC), we participate in their online donation programs. EW!DC does a lot with a little. Every dollar counts. Find out what our donated funds are used for. Please read our privacy policy and make a donation now.

Books. We are always in need of new or lightly used books to use in many ways. Each school year EW!DC distributes more than 5,000 books to our students and keeps book carts full at each Power Lunch and Readers Are Leaders school. Make a donation of books or view our list of the most popular books. Consider holding a new book drive at your office!




Supplies. Students in our program can always use school supplies, and we are also can use general office supplies. Find out what kind of supplies we need or make a donation of supplies.

Office Equipment. As a small non-profit, we welcome donations of lightly used or new equipment, such as digital cameras, computers, scanners or fax machines. Find out about our specific needs or contribute equipment.
