How the Partnership Works

Everybody Wins DC takes care of the logistics of pairing partners’ employees with students, including identifying a Power Lunch school in need of Reading Mentors, providing orientation and mentoring resources, matching employees with students, providing age-appropriate and engaging reading materials, and linking mentors with an onsite coordinator who can reschedule Power Lunch dates, provide school and student updates, and offer helpful advice and resources. The time commitment is just one hour per week from September through May.
