Our Program Director, Jordan Tanski, is responsible for the overall management and delivery of EWDC's shared reading programs.

Prior to her time here,  Jordan most recently managed tutor recruitment and selection for a national literacy nonprofit. She has also served as 5th grade teacher, AmeriCorps member, and volunteer manager.

Jordan earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Georgia, and has completed doctorate coursework in GWU's education policy program.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog, Reese, and attempting to rock climb with her husband, Greg. The couple share a mentee at the School Without Walls at Francis Stevens.
