Rody Baron joins Everybody Wins DC as the Director of Development and Communications and is responsible for developing, managing, and executing EWDC’s annual development plan and overseeing EWDC's communications strategies.

Prior to joining EWDC, Rody was the Director of Development at Wheatonarts and Cultural Center in Southern New Jersey as well as Major Gifts Officer at United Methodists Communities. She entered the nonprofit world after 25 years in the private sector as partner in a fine art gallery. Working in the nonprofit sector is a realization of a life long dream.

Rody received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Rutgers University.

Rody is a devoted reader, water sport enthusiast, pastel artist, hiker, and loves to travel with her husband.
