May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at Everybody Wins DC, we recognize and appreciate the many benefits that yoga can have on not only our overall well-being, but our mental wellness.
In support of this, and to celebrate our students finishing the school year, EWDC will host its very first Zoom “Power Yoga” class on Saturday, May 30 at 10:30am.
Grab your mat, charge your laptop, set up your space and join us as we build a toolkit for managing stress from within our own home, courtesy of yoga instructor, Megan Sanko!
