Yashika Okon is a wife, mother and friend who also happens to be Program Manager at Everybody Wins DC helping support all of EWDC's programs and initiatives.

She comes to EWDC with many years of experience working in non-profit education and management.  Yashika is a strong advocate for children, working to ensure they have a strong academic foundation.

She is a proud graduate of Howard University, “YOU KNOW”, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

When Yashika is not working she can be found spending time with her 2 sons and her very patient husband.  Additionally, she enjoys (loves really) thrifting and using her creativity to make old things new again.
